VILLA VERT MARINE

The Villa Vert Marine is located in Châtelaillon-Plage 10 km south of La Rochelle, and equal distance from Fouras and Rochefort. Châtelaillon-Plage is a seaside resort renowned for its relaxed lifestyle and the 1900s cachet of its seafront. A long sandy beach awaits you as well as numerous seafront restaurants . South of Châtelaillon, oyster and mussel lovers will feast in the cabins of the picturesque oyster village of Boucholeurs . The aquatic center as well as the thalassotherapy center will delight fans of relaxation and well-being.

Built in 1995, in a quiet street where it is easy to park, the Villa Vert Marine was extended during 2003, with an extension of 3 guest rooms, a kitchen and a veranda . In the spring of 2004, Isabelle and Daniel welcomed their first vacationers.The house is ideally located 7 minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. Our 3 rooms, decorated with marine, sea green or sunset inspiration, totally independent, invite you to a restful stay in a warm atmosphere. Breakfasts, with bread, brioches, yogurts and homemade jams, are served on the veranda. An equipped kitchen, common to the three bedrooms, is available to guests as well as a barbecue, courtyard and garden furniture.

From 2021 and for the following years
the house will be rented as a weekly gîte during school holidays:
All Saints' Day - Christmas - February - Easter - and from July 10 to August 20, 2022
or at least for 4 days during the other periods between October and mid-March.

However the house continues to be bookable in bed and breakfast formula:
From March 8 to April 8, 2022
From May 8 to July 10, 2022
From August 20 to October 1, 2022
