La Villa Vert Marine in gîte formula

From the beginning of October to the beginning of May, the house is fully rented in a gîte formula for a maximum of 6 people. Minimum two nights but weekly during school vacation periods.

It includes the three guest rooms + the 3 shower rooms / WC + the equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and two gas burners, refrigerator with freezer compartment) + veranda (be careful! The veranda is not heated in winter). Garden, courtyard, barbecue, 2 parking spaces.
